Specificity: The rat monoclonal antibody 2A9-1 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CX3CR1, an important regulator of leukocyte trafficking and immune system ballance.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
